StorBooks
Early access

The accounting desk for self-storage management companies.

Many owners, many facilities, one set of books. StorBooks runs billing, collections, vendor bills and month-end across your whole portfolio, and posts the results to QuickBooks Online.

Built for how a management company actually closes the month.

A third-party manager answers to every owner it serves. StorBooks keeps each owner's customers, locations, billing terms and approvals straight, so staff follow one process and nothing depends on one person's memory.

Customers

Owners, owner groups, locations, billing profiles, bank details and documents on one record, with a Missing email list so nothing goes out blind.

Invoices and billing runs

Management fees, expense reimbursements and pass-throughs run on your rules. Review the run, then push invoices to QuickBooks Online.

Collections

Open invoices with days late, lines and a direct link to the invoice in QuickBooks. Email the client from your own Gmail.

Vendor bills

Capture, approve and track bills by owner and location. Ask a client about a charge and mark the bill as waiting on them.

Credits and approvals

Set your own approval limits by amount. Requests route to a lead, a director or the owner, and every decision is recorded.

Close and owner reports

A month-end calendar, exceptions list and owner reports that come from the same books your team works in.

Works with QuickBooks Online, edits both ways.

Connect each customer, or a whole owner group, to its own QuickBooks company in one click. Open invoices and bills show up in StorBooks, you can fix a due date or a line, and a badge tells you when someone changed it in QuickBooks.
